We have been taking our car to Precision Import Repair for 2 or 3 years now. We used to take it to the dealer for services needed but found out Precision Import saves us money. We have been recommending our friends and family to Precision Import Repair.

I feel like Precision is a Dr. for my car because of the reminders I receive. They care about making cars run as long as possible.

I came in to have my brakes checked because something felt a little off. However, the scheduler had put me down for an oil change too. I didn't realize the oil had been changed until he wanted to charge me for it. When I explained that I didn't request an oil change, he voided the transaction. So, maybe a bit more careful in the scheduling? Also, noticed that the oil change computer had not been reset after the oil was changed and still showed 80% oil life remaining. Otherwise, I like your new garage, the waiting room is really nice.

You won't find a better repair shop or a nicer group of guys in Washington county. Honest, fair and reliable, we've been doing business with Precision Import for nearly 20 years.
