We feel very lucky to have found Precision Import Repair. Yes, it's a bit of a drive for us but we feel that we are getting the best possible overview of our cars from Precision mechanics. This year, we have put quite a bit of money into our 1995 Legacy Suburu, which is approaching 200,000 miles, and also our "new" 2010 Legacy. Buying a used car would have been very expensive, too, but part of the reason we felt confident putting money into our older cars is that Precision is looking out for them. We know will alert us to any problems as best they can. Once you are on their rolls they will work hard to get you in as soon as possible.

The folks at Precision Import Repair are fantastic! Always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. So far, prioritized repairs have always been courteously offered. My 2004 Toyota Corolla is a joy to drive after the TLC prescribed. I highly recommend Precision every chance I get.

My 3rd visit for a basic oil change. The new service writer Tracey is very pleasant to work with and she is quite professional. I will continue to use Precision in the future for both my Toyota and Subaru.

This place was amazing! I had previously worked for a dealership and just had my work done while I was working but I had recently changed professions and no longer and needed a new place to get my auto repair done! After browsing reviews and nearby places I settled on Precision Import Repair. Setting the appointment was a breeze! I showed up and the waiting room is beautiful and has a wide assortment of drinks and places to sit. The service was top notch, they were done quickly and the price was super competitive!!! I will be taking all our cars here now!!!

I've always had excellent service at Precision Import Repair. I've been taking my various cars to them since when they were a small shop on 209th, before they moved to the new building on TV Highway. Eric has always been honest and even explicitly told me I didn't need certain things like new brakes or shocks when I asked about them. I'm glad to see they're successful and hope they're still around when my CRV hits 250k miles!
