I took my Kia to Precision Import for the first time this week. I'm so grateful I found them. They did an excellent job on my car and saved me money compared to the quote I received from another mechanic. And, when I picked up my car the final amount was actually less than expected! The waiting area looked inviting and comfortable when I walked in and was greeted by Tracey. Whenever I call, Eric answers the phone...he and Tracey have exceptional customer service...very friendly, professional, and helpful. As an added bonus, because I had to leave my car overnight...they offered me a free loaner car! They made everything painless and easy. If I could give them 10 Stars out of 5 I would do it. I am a customer for life...I know they will keep my car running smoothly for years to come! Thanks to everyone that works at Precision Import Repair!

I have driven by for several years and decided to give them a chance. I needed a LOF and asked that they check out an issue with my brakes. I had some work done on the brakes the year before by another shop. I was pleased with what work was suggested and ultimately completed to address the brake issues. It was a pleasant transaction. They offered a loaner car while my rig was in the shop as well. All in all it was a good first impression.

I've taken my car to Precision Import for service the past 13 years and have never had an issue! The team is friendly, they know their stuff, they communicate well, they're fast and efficient and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my service. Serviced my transmission the same day with no appointment within one hour. No dings or scratches on the body and paint. No black shop stains from dirty boots and hands in the interior either. Just some dirty shop finger prints around the outside door, hood, and fender that easily wiped off using a microfiber towel. Because of what I said here, I’ll bring it back again.

I like the fact that they will only fix what is necessary. They will re-evaluate the issue to see if their initial assessment is correct. If not, they will explain why the work does not need to be done and vice versa. Eric and his employees are very honest and trustworthy.

Easy to get the car in and repaired. Nice people to do business with. Nice website that identified my exact vehicle as one they could repair. While I just received the vehicle back, I feel safe with their standing behind their work with a guarantee.
