Eric and his staff at Precision are some of the most competent and trustworthy auto service center that I have ever dealt with. Not only is the facility clean and the staff is friendly, everything is explained to you so that you can understand what is wrong with your vehicle and make a good decision on which direction to go. In fact, instead of recommending a costly repair which could have cost me well over $1500, it was recommended that I try a product first, that would get me through DEQ, and saving me a considerable amount of money. If you are looking for an honest and fair automotive repair shop for your imported vehicle, then this is the place to go.

Precision is my go to shop. The staff is always super friendly. The loaner cars are kept clean and work great. The technicians assessments are honest and the team isn't looking for new ways to get more money out of there customers. They are very timely in their repairs and maintenance work too! First things first, spell my name right LOL

My 2004 Toyota Corolla, engine light was on. Eric diagnosed the cause just in a couple minutes, and Taylor kindly showed me the fill cap was old & the plastic tether was falling off. Due to the old tether was installed back incorrectly, therefore engine light was on. Thanks for replacing a new plastic tether, I won't have the same problem until my 2004 Toyota Corolla retired :-)

I knew there were problems with the brakes on my wife's 2013 VW Passat. The steering wheel would shake considerably when applying brakes at medium speeds. At low speed the brakes would squeal terribly. However, both the dealership and the VW specialty shop said they could find nothing wrong. Thankfully I called Precision Import Repair. Eric listened to me describe the issue, and was able to tell me over the phone what could be causing the problem. I scheduled an appointment, and after inspection he found warped rotors and non-OEM brake pads front and back. Now that those have been replaced, the car brakes like a dream. No steering wheel wobble. No squeaks at low speeds. Thank you Precision Import Repair!
