I knew there were problems with the brakes on my wife's 2013 VW Passat. The steering wheel would shake considerably when applying brakes at medium speeds. At low speed the brakes would squeal terribly. However, both the dealership and the VW specialty shop said they could find nothing wrong. Thankfully I called Precision Import Repair. Eric listened to me describe the issue, and was able to tell me over the phone what could be causing the problem. I scheduled an appointment, and after inspection he found warped rotors and non-OEM brake pads front and back. Now that those have been replaced, the car brakes like a dream. No steering wheel wobble. No squeaks at low speeds. Thank you Precision Import Repair!
