I have been going to precision import repair for a little over 2 years and they are great. Always honest and always trustworthy. I have brought my car in on more than one occasion and there was nothing wrong in the end, and therefore I wasn't handed some nasty bill! I really feel like I can count on them to be honest about what's going on with my car and give me a reasonable price for the work. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency situation (dead battery) and they fit me in without any hassle. My car was done in only a few hours and I'm grateful to have a working car again. It could not have been easier to get this taken care of. Thanks, everyone!

Very pleasant repair experience. Eric was very easy to work with and his explanation about the parts was spot on. Although the bill was a tad more than what he quoted on the phone it was close enough. I really appreciated the no-hassle loaner car for the drive home. Vehicle was done earlier than expected. I will do business with Eric in the future.

Eric and the team at Precision are the best. I appreciate their honesty about necessary repairs, and trust them to help keep my car in good condition. My car was saying “Time for Regular Maintenance” so I asked them to check things out at the time of my oil change, (which they do anyway!) What a nice surprise that everything checked out fine. I’m quite certain a dealership would have found “something” to fix.
