This place is awesome! They are very professional and they do an amazing work. I've taken my car and my truck there twice and I was amazed with their service and the price. I will only take my cars there from now on. And I like the fact that they don't try to rip you off like other shops do. I absolutely recommend this shop to service your vehicle.

Amazing customer service! I had my vehicle towed to Precision because it was within the tow mileage limit and they had a 4.8 star review. It can be difficult to trust a new mechanic, however; Eric and his crew were wonderful. They were responsive, patient, kept me updated, and provided me with a loaner car. If you need an honest, competent, and reliable mechanic head to Precision.

The owner Eric and his team are simply the best in town. I have never wanted to see another shop for any maintenance, repair or troubleshooting. The team has always been courteous, mindful of my needs and time, never pushed for unnecessary work to be done, and have always done top notch work.

Worried about an odor (I thought) from engine and many months since oil change. Eric and staff checked my old car out and said all was fine. No charge!! Very nice.

I brought a used car in for a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone wore a mask. They estimated an hour, and they were finished in an hour or less. Eric explained everything they found (which fortunately wasn't much). There was no pressure to come back for more work, and in fact they only made recommendations after I asked which ones were worth fixing. They said they'd suggest replacing the battery soon, and that the other two things weren't worth addressing. They also have a very comfortable waiting room with WiFi, where I was able to work during the inspection. The inspection was also surprisingly affordable relative to other shops in the area. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Precision Import Repairs for 3 years now and have always had a great experience every time. And if there is a scheduling or parts ordering problem, they take the time to make it right. They always put the customer first and are honest, transparent, and courteous in every exchange. Such a refreshing thing to actually find a repair shop where something like honesty is what they build their business on. I took my Mercedes to Eric with an intermittent electrical issue, The kind that you expect to pay a fortune to have fixed. His team found the problem, made the repair and only charged for what needed fixed. Which was a fraction of what the dealer would have charged me. They have my business from now on.
