I brought my car in for a timing belt change and they recommended I get the water pump replaced along with a few other things while they already had access to them. I'm a a strong advocate of preventative maintenance whether its personal health or cars. I just drove 1200 miles to Colorado and the car runs better than it did when I first got it. My visit was worth the money and at a fair market price.
