Precision Import Repair always has good customer service and doesn't try to sell you repairs that you don't currently need unlike some car dealers.

I like how easy it is to get an appointment on line. I like the expertise of Eric, the person you talk to. I like how the mechanics and Eric give you honest feedback on what needs or does not need to be done. I believe you spend less than what you would spend at a dealer. I am happy to drive 20-25 minutes in traffic to get service like I get with Precision.

Brought my car in as the check engine light was on. Was greeted by Eric who was very helpful. I was provided with a loaner car which I wasn't expecting. My car was repaired in a couple of hours at a fair price. They also checked over the rest of the car. There was no pressure to purchase other services.
