I have been a customer of Precisuon for almost 30 years now, through multiple cars and through their move from 209th Ave to the current location. I keep coming back because I have had excellent service. It is not easy to find a good shop that can troubleshoot difficult issues, and is willing to take the time to ensure that problems are solved. This is one of those few. I highly recommend them.

Thank you very much for your time checkout our car. We are still debating what to do, as it is quite an older unit,but buying another car of similar age may not be the best idea as we would be buying someone else's problems. So for the moment we are thinking of just putting in fluids for a while, until our minds are made up as to whether or not we will stop driving altogether. What a quandary we are in? Several weeks ago I messed up the undercarriage of my car driving over a curb. Plastic was ripped off and the air intake box was jutting into the wheel well, rubbing against the tire. I called precision late Monday afternoon to see if they would have time this week to fix it. They said sure, drop it off. I was expecting an expensive repair but hoped I would have the car back by Thursday. Eric called at 9:30 Tuesday morning to say I'm all set. They charged me for one hour of labor and $2.43 for shop parts. I have saved hundreds of dollars over the past several years by going to Precision. Because of them I'm able to keep my car longer than I hoped. Thanks Precision!
