I don't give 5 starts very often but I do so here because Precision Imports has earned my trust. They took responsibility for a repair they'd done where they had failed to tighten a fitting. Months after the repair I noticed some noise, took it in to check it out, and they took care of it 'NO CHARGE' because it was their failure to tighten that caused the new problem. It was a $1100 dollar job they performed and it didn't cost me a dime. You could say their work is suspect because they'd failed to complete it correctly (didn't tighten the fitting) but I will put the integrity of taking responsibility above that failure. Our society in 2020 if rife with an 'it's not cheating if you don't get caught' mentality. Doing things RIGHT has lost out to doing things PROFITABLY. NOT SO at Precision Imports. My experience has been that they give honest assessments, accurate estimates and provide timely service. Good job.

Fast and Friendly

I am satisfied w/Precision's service to maintain and repair my Toyota car more than 10 years . This time I had "valve cover gasket" and "air filter" replaced, and the price is reasonable. Plus I had some noise from the truck, and Eric was kindly to fix it without extra charge. I highly recommend his auto knowledge and specialty.

As usual, an exceptionally competent repair: had my brakes done and an oil flush. Service was fast, reasonable priced, and done well.

The guys at Precision have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped me take good care of my car and helped me understand issues in a way that made sense to me.

I can say this is the best repair shop I have been to. They didn’t just hurry up and finish the job. They went out of the typical job and called my dealership to see if I had a warranty and looked for the underlying issue which saved me a pretty penny. I really appreciate the work they did and definitely plan on coming to this repair shop for my future car troubles.
