I would [and do in fact] recommend this shop to anyone for most any service or repair. Top notch; I've been dealing with Eric Getchell for many, many years. Great service, reasonable prices, no surprises.

I've been bringing my cars here for over two decades. I used to work next to the shop on 209th. The shop's now moved halfway to Hillsboro; and I'm retired and living in South Tigard/King City. It's frankly not convenient anymore, but I can't imagine going anywhere else. The crew at Precision is knowledgeable, competent, and honest as the day is long. When you find someone this good, you stick with them.

I drive a sports car, It is my baby. Anyone who has owned one, knows what I'm talking about. I take good care of it. Been coming to Precision Import Repair with all my cars, for many years. They have never taken advantage of me because I'm a woman, an old woman at that. With the cold weather, my car was giving me problems in the mornings, not wanting to start. I thought it was the battery, it was old. I called, Eric said come right in. My car was taken care of in a very short amount of time. Got a great deal on a new battery. Everything in good condition, as I knew it would be. I've never had any problems with the people in this shop. They do great work? And, the waiting area is comfortable, nice accomodations, a good tv, and the bathroom is clean (cleaner than mine!).

I have been a customer of Precision Import Repair for the last 2 years since moving back to Hillsboro. They have assisted me and my 1996 Toyota Tacoma on both a major and most recently a minor repair. Their most outstanding qualities are they diagnose the problem quickly, clearly communicate options and price, and proceed to efficiently repair.

Took the van in because we thought we heard a weird noise. They checked everything out and couldn’t find anything wrong. They didn’t charge us and didn’t try to get us to get anything else fixed. Trustworthy shop!
