I was pleasantly surprised at how professional, clean and well run this shop was. They completed a much overdue timing belt change on my 2006 Tundra. I highly recommend them for any scheduled service items that would be way to costly at the dealerships. These guys are fair and there is absolutely zero up-sell for un-necessary repair items. I'll be taking the truck back to them from here on out. Thanks Precision!

Great to have a mechanic I can trust. My problem was an exhaust leak that was noisy and noticeable. Turned out it was just a loose bolt. No charge. Mechanics constantly have the opportunity to skew circumstances in their favor and many fraudulently take advantage of customers that way. It's fabulous to have a mechanic I can trust.

They let me know If something needs fixing, and tell me why.Also, if it needs to be done right away or can wait awhile. They are honest, don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Eric, the manager, was very helpful. The technicians were competent. They have gone extra miles for me many times. They didn't just fix the car but also advise on what to do with it. I appreciate their honesty the most. They wouldn't do anything if it is not necessary.
