As with any dubious industry, I always go with a friend's recommendation before I choose a new auto mechanic, and thought it wise to find a second one, that was closer to where I lived. They were people that felt trustworthy when I first walked in, who could have saved me money from the start. When I asked what could be the cause of my check engine light coming on and off over the last couple months, they said to try making sure if the gas cap was screwed on properly and see if that solved the problem. Turned out hat it was a stick evap. valve. They didn't charge anything to look my car over, and heir diagnostic test was cheaper than other places I asked about. The cost of repair I trust was reasonable. seemed like it was, and they showed me the old part. Even with some unexpected backup with their schedule the day I was due, they got the job done on time.

Best auto repair facility I’ve ever been to in my life. They resolved a brake shudder problem for me in one visit, that the dealer couldn’t in repeated visits over 2 years. I have never been disappointed or felt taken advantage of. Most highly recommended.

I always have excellent service at Precision. They got my truck right in. While I was waiting some lady kept calling back and everytime asking questions and wanting price quotes. The gentleman working was so patient and explained everything to her. Then she would hang up and call back again and ask more questions. This went on three times in less than a half hour. She never did schedule a appointment. I guess that's why Iam not in customer service. This was just a waste of this mans time and blocking the phone line from people trying to make real appointments to get their vehicles serviced. This man was a true Saint. Very professional business!
