Other than there being something new popping up during my visit and then not informing me of the last new charge before arriving, it was a decent place to take a car too. Bottom line is if possible fix your car yourself!

As always my experience at Precision Import was exceptional. Tracy at the front desk was very helpful, and communicated well my service, costs, and expected time to complete the service. I was granted a loaner vehicle which permitted me to travel to work during business hours, and return for my car at the end of the day. 10/10 would visit again.

Took my wife’s car in for an oil change a few months ago and service was excellent, in and out in less than an hour. My alternator failed Monday morning. Called that day to see when I could get an appointment. They told me possibly Wednesday, but most likely Thursday. Asked if it was possible to drop off on Tuesday and have a loaner, they gladly obliged. They called me to see if I was okay w an additional charge for troubleshooting. My car was done before lunch on Wednesday.

Not recommended.

We are so happy we found Precision Imports for our vehicle maintenance. We know they will repair our car to the highest standards and guarantee all of their work. We have used them for seven years and have always had excellent service.

Could not be better. No more dealerships for me. Very fast, courteous service that could not have been better. We have been using Precision for literally decades, and will continue to do so.
