Called to report a dysfunctional brake light on my 2011 Subaru Forrester and was told to drop by any time. Did so five hours later and learned you didn't have a correct bulb for my car and would have to order it from NAPA. My visit took an hour longer than anticipated. Certainly, everyone was apologetic and pleasant, and the rest of the service was fine, but I still lost an hour.
We are sorry about that Scott, but we used the last bulbs that morning, and our stock order did not come in yet. We have increased our stock and should not be a problem. If you didn't have time, we could have done at another time. Once again we are sorry for the wait, we would be more then happy to give you a refund for the lamp.
