Great service w/ knowledgeable mechanics who don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I deducted a 1/2 star because their prices for parts is a bit high, but they use OEM parts & provide a great warranty on their work (as applicable). I had my vehicle dropped off, diagnosed, fixed & on the road again within 24 hours. I'll definitely be back for future work on my truck!

Precision Import Repair was able to get my car in the shop first thing Monday morning, diagnose and resolve the problem all within the same day. They were also able to lend me a loaner car which helped immensely. Their fast quality work has been phenomenal! I highly recommend their shop for professional, reasonable and affordable service!! I've been coming to Precision Import for some time, I'm on my 4th car, now. Usually, when a woman drives in to a car repair shop, suddenly their prices go up, and they find those mysterious problems you didn't know you had. Precision is definitely not like that. I took my Miata in for it's 30,000 mile service yesterday. They did all the usual things on the list for that servicing, and checked everything else for any potential problems. The total bill was much less than the estimate. They go that extra mile, without adding charges. They are always professional and friendly. They are the BEST!!
