Always a pleasure to book with Precision. They are very accommodating, point out what needs to be done, do what you ask, and make recommendations. I will continue to have them service my cars.

I have been a customer of Precision for several years now and have always found them to be friendly, fair and skillful mechanics, sometimes problem solving challenging issues. Following the recent storms, my car suddenly began making a loud shrieking sound. I headed to my reliable mechanic (Precision) who quickly found the cause: a stick that had lodged in my brakes. There was no charge. In short order I was on my way again, glad I have an auto shop I can count on.

I finally have a shop I can trust.

Always get good service with Precision Import Repair, have been using them for several years now, they haven't steered me wrong yet.

I had expensive repairs (including catalytic converter, 120K service and coolant flush with replacement hoses) so $3K kinda smarts. One hose wasn't tightened properly so I had to return for a second fix (which was very inconvenient). If I had been on my way out if town the problem would have likely doomed my car. PIR made it right though so that's a plus. I'll move to 4 stars if I don't have related problems down the road.

I have used Precision Import Repair to maintain/repair my 1998 Camry since 5 years ago, and I am glad that they are a trustworthy car repair shop. Their qualification: #1, doesn't push any unnecessary service on either female customer, male customer, or aged customer, #2. the staff are very courteous and helpful, and explain the work needed and give advise on things. I would keep using them to maintain/repair my car in the future.
