You and your team were very courteous and helpful. Your waiting area was also very pleasant and comfortable. Your Service Advisor was knowledgeable and friendly with explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle as well as not trying to nickle and dime me by trying to push added services and cost to my bill. He was also very helpful with putting a quote for other repairs that my vehicle will need in the future but not trying to force the issue by using scare tactics. It is extremely refreshing to work with a company that actually cares about putting customer service and quality work above their bottom line. Your prices are also affordable and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I always feel confident my vehicle will be cared for in the hands of Precision. I got my car in right away needing a ride back to pick it up. They are so willing to provide a ride back and forth I wouldn't hesitate to ask if needed. It's always a shock to hear the final cost but I feel the work was done properly and I can't put a price on the good feeling of driving anywhere with no worries.
