I found this place through an Angie's List deal, and it's obvious why it's a highly rated company on that site. I've always received terrific service here. A bonus is that they are very close to where I live, but I think that even if I were to move across town, I'd still bring my car here.

Stellar service, as always! When my car refused to start at my workplace, I called Nathan and was immediately reassured that they could fit me in immediately and diagnose/resolve the issue. We have been looking for an Automotive Repair Service Company for sometime now. In the past I've been dealing with the factory or dealer shops that were disappointing to say the least. I've used Precision Import many times for my wife's 91 Honda Civic years ago and always liked their straight business practice. (Tell it straight, Service the Auto as it was yours, always listen to the customer). It wasn't until I received a flyer stating they work on all vehicles not just imports. I walked in and sat in the waiting room for my turn deciding to talk with others in the room. All 5 customers were completely satisfied. The service folks were very professional and I had them service my pickup. I'm now a member of the Precision family. Come join. Bob W.
